What you will do

• Guide planning and resource management across Starlink verticals for product and change management.
• Identify and execute business initiatives to improve Starlink's overall business outlook.
• Lead implementation of process and system enhancements to scale the business and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong network and ensure product compliance.
• Define processes and build tooling to expand resources while reducing risks in change management workflows.
• Optimize value streams and operational efficiencies for broader company impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or process improvements.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory, product, capacity planning, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other related production principles.
• Experience with additional programming languages such as JavaScript, R, or C#.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with senior business leaders.
