What you will do

• Own the render pipeline and agent loops that transform raw input into finished media.
• Develop and refine prompts and structured outputs for LLM-driven media generation.
• Collaborate with product and content strategy partners to define visual quality standards.
• Build scalable template systems for automated social media content production.
• Experiment with new AI tools and integrate them into the existing media pipeline.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Solid working knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-driven systems, including tool-calling and agent loops.
• Proven experience shipping generative media (image, video, voice, or music).
• Strong design sensibility with a grounding in visual art, film, or motion.
• Ability to move between exploratory PoC work and production-ready polish.

Nice to have

• Active personal creator practice (portfolio, YouTube channel, or side projects).
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with MCPs and integrating tools like Figma, Notion, and Linear.
