What you will do

• Maintain and track calibration records for tools, gauges, and torque wrenches.
• Coordinate the shipment and repair of equipment with external vendors.
• Inspect tool boards to ensure compliance with established control procedures.
• Engrave, catalogue, and manage inventory records for new and existing tools.
• Support vehicle administration, including registrations and maintenance scheduling.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of tool management and inventory processes.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis.
• Must be able to work on-site in Moose Jaw.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Broad knowledge of common hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Reliability Security Clearance.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience managing tool calibration programs.
