TL;DR
Senior iOS Engineer (Swift/iOS): Building a platform to enhance the buying and selling experience with an accent on scalable mobile architecture and high-quality user interfaces. Location: Work From Home 100% of the time, or onsite in global offices (e.g., Montevideo, Uruguay)

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Lead the decomposition of product requirements into manageable technical tasks for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with Android, DevOps, and backend teams to ensure consistent mobile experiences.
- Participate in architecture discussions, including cross-platform development with Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Optimize build reliability and scalability using advanced systems like Bazel and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development and debugging workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift and shipping apps to the App Store.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, iOS SDKs, and knowledge of Objective-C.
- Previous leadership experience and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform frameworks.
- Familiarity with Bazel build systems and scaling CI/CD pipelines.
- English: C1 required (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
