What you will do

• Develop internal and client-facing strategic foundations and POVs for project-specific and AOR clients.
• Translate cultural, consumer, and platform insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Lead internal and external brainstorms to translate client briefs into clear strategic objectives.
• Review and refine creator briefs and content to ensure alignment with platform best practices and campaign goals.
• Monitor social trends and perform cultural audits to inform creative ideation and strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, measurement, and client services to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing social strategies within an agency setting.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and audience behavior.
• Proven ability to translate hard data, trends, and observations into compelling strategic insights.
• Strong creative writing skills to produce concise, precise, and clear strategic copy.
• Expertise in creator partnerships and authenticity within the creator landscape.
• Must be based in New York, NY or be eligible to work remotely within the USA.
