hirify.global is a growing game studio currently developing an ambitious co-operative horror exploration project.

What you will do

• Prototype and implement gameplay content including game flow, player abilities, and interactable objects.
• Create event hooks for narrative and audio content, scripted sequences, and tutorial systems.
• Collaborate with artists and designers to optimize content implementation using existing technology.
• Partner with engineers to refine design workflows and ensure gameplay intentions meet technical constraints.
• Coordinate with producers and leadership to provide effort estimates and project updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in game development.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Technical Design experience.
• Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine 5, including Blueprint scripting and debugging.
• Confidence and familiarity with modern text-based scripting languages.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one product, ideally in the horror or exploration genres.
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or playing cooperative gameplay titles.
• Experience with modern horror exploration games.
• Demonstrated passion for entertainment media such as comics, movies, and novels.
• An innovative mindset and drive to create novel gameplay experiences.
