What you will do

• Curate variants, genes, and gene–disease correlations following ACMG guidelines (50%).
• Analyze clinical genomics data, select variants for curation/confirmation, and apply HGVS-compliant variant nomenclature (30%).
• Support clinical report drafting, test validation, process refinement, and presentation of findings (20%).
• Monitor test turnaround time and delegate tasks as needed.
• Assist laboratory directors and R&D with validation of new technologies and software platforms.

Requirements

• PhD or MD in clinical medicine, genetics, molecular biology, or equivalent; or a Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in bioinformatics analysis, variant effect prediction algorithms, and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with ACMG variant curation guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of genomic variation and its correlation with human disease.
• Excellent reading and writing of medical language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
