What you will do

• Operate and develop condition monitoring programs for clients in coordination with the lead engineer.
• Conduct routine on-site condition monitoring surveys and vibration data analysis.
• Report vibration and oil analysis results with corrective maintenance recommendations.
• Perform on-site pump performance testing and reporting.
• Calculate cost-benefit analysis for maintenance recommendations using defined processes.
• Interface directly with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vibration analysis for rotating equipment required.
• Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2 certification or equivalent required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; engineering degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software.
• Ability to work on-site at a customer facility in Sweeny, TX.

Nice to have

• Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2 certification.
• Experience with mechanical seals.
• Skills in thermography, rotor dynamics analysis, laser alignment, and electrical tests.
