What you will do

• Own the long-term evolution of the brand identity and style guide across all digital, retail, and packaging touchpoints.
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-performance digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Manage end-to-end photo and video production, including mood boards, talent sourcing, and on-set direction.
• Mentor and manage a team of internal designers and external partners to maximize creative output and quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate consumer insights into compelling brand narratives.
• Track campaign performance and manage the creative budget to ensure maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, copywriting, and creative development, preferably in CPG or wellness.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across web, print, and retail platforms.
• Proven success in high-growth DTC environments with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
• Strong executive communication skills and experience influencing leadership stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Combination of in-house and agency experience.
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Familiarity with Japanese heritage and design aesthetics.
