Lead SAP Consultant (SAP Logistics): Leading SAP consulting teams and delivering implementation, transformation, rollout, and enhancement projects with an accent on SAP logistics modules, client advisory, and delivery quality. Focus on designing end-to-end SAP solutions, planning team capacity, managing delivery risks, and guiding testing and go-live activities across MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of SAP consultants, including conducting 1:1s, providing feedback, and supporting development.
- Lead SAP workstreams and ensure delivery against scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Review solution designs and functional deliverables while promoting SAP best practices.
- Support requirements analysis, process design, testing, go-live, issue resolution, and integration across SAP logistics areas.
- Plan team capacity, workload, staffing, estimations, and resource allocation across projects.
- Advise clients and stakeholders through workshops, business and solution discussions, status updates, and escalations.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SAP Consultant, including a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP logistics processes and modules, ideally MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.
- Proven experience leading SAP teams or workstreams.
- Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, transformation, or enhancement projects.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English required.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Additional language skills.
