Zoox is developing a ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem to provide next-generation mobility-as-a-service.

What you will do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) BPO engagement.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance, and escalation workflows.
• Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead procurement operations improvement projects to streamline sourcing and supplier management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Utilize P2P platforms like Zip and Ariba for requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice workflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record of converting stakeholder pain points into practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with P2P platforms including requisition and invoice workflows.
• Experience supporting procurement-support delivery, including SOP implementation and KPI management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• College degree in supply chain, business, or operations.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate procurement.
• Experience with commercial procurement AI solutions.
