What you will do

• Design and modernize fullstack AWS services to support fulfillment and logistics operations.
• Integrate systems across Ring and Blink eCommerce, Customer Support, and AI agent platforms.
• Redesign existing architectures to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Utilize AI tools and techniques to accelerate software delivery and develop new capabilities.
• Write, test, maintain, and deploy code across the full stack within a Scrum team.
• Mentor and support the professional growth of junior team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AI and agentic-driven software delivery.
• Strong expertise in system design, including architecture, design patterns, and scaling.
• Professional software development experience.
• Location: Must be based in Gdansk, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud solutions including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
