What you will do

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures using standard methodologies.
• Execute complex lateral analysis for wind and seismic forces according to IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC.
• Coordinate structural designs with architectural and MEP disciplines using Navisworks and Bluebeam to resolve clashes.
• Manage assigned structural scopes, ensuring budgets and schedules are met.
• Review calculations and peer work to ensure rigorous quality control.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis; Master’s preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
• Expertise in structural analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• Demonstrated experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete systems.

Nice to have

• Structural Engineer (SE) license.
• Direct design experience within complex industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing structural scopes for mid-sized projects.
