What you will do

• Analyze social, PR, and digital data to uncover audience behaviors and emerging platform trends.
• Create compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external insights and research agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to guide strategic initiatives through data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Hammersmith, London office 3 days per week.
• Foundational experience in social marketing analytics, digital analytics, or communications measurement.
• Hands-on experience with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Emplifi, Blinkfire, or Hookit.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Adobe tools.
• Strong ability to build clear, compelling narratives from complex data.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting insights to cross-functional teams.
