What you will do

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for production line users regarding IT incidents and requests.
• Perform first-level diagnosis and hardware repair for workstations and industrial PCs.
• Configure, install, and physically connect IT and OT peripherals according to standard procedures.
• Execute guided network operations, such as cable management and port status verification.
• Manage user account creation and deactivation in business systems.
• Document all interventions and report recurring issues to the IT Manager.

Requirements

• Technical or vocational diploma in IT, electronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and French is required for user interaction.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware components and network cabling concepts.
• Ability to strictly follow technical procedures, checklists, and safety instructions.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Paris and adhere to plant safety rules.
