Junior Delivery Manager

TL;DR

Junior Delivery Manager (Fintech): Coordinating discovery and client experience design initiatives across multidisciplinary teams with an accent on workflow optimization, capacity planning, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on maintaining delivery hygiene, tracking project dependencies, and facilitating planning rituals to ensure high-quality design outputs.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of client experience design initiatives, ensuring clear scoping and briefing.
• Manage team schedules, capacity, and resource allocations to highlight availability and bottlenecks.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues to leadership to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate planning and workflow rituals, including design reviews and team planning calls.
• Maintain delivery documentation, project boards, and schedules to support transparency.
• Act as a central point of coordination between design, product, engineering, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in delivery management, project coordination, or operations within digital/product environments.
• Understanding of UX design workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Monday, Miro, Figma, and Confluence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Must have the right to work in the UK as employment sponsorship is not provided.
