What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers to build and ship production AI applications and technical artifacts used in real-world workflows.
• Develop backend services, integrations, and lightweight fullstack experiences using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Implement REST API, webhook, and SDK-based integrations to route operational data into the Edwin AI platform.
• Instrument and troubleshoot telemetry using OpenTelemetry across logs, metrics, and traces.
• Configure and deploy solutions across SaaS, hybrid cloud, and Kubernetes environments.
• Convert customer-specific learnings into reusable templates, playbooks, and product feedback for core engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in backend or data systems engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python, including microservice design.
• Experience building streaming data pipelines using Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Proven ability to ship production-quality code in Java/Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira workflows.
• Knowledge of automation tooling such as Ansible, Terraform, or Rundeck.
• Familiarity with MCP or similar integration patterns.
