Senior Game Security Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team engaged in day-to-day anti-cheat operations for online titles.
• Develop and support anti-cheat initiatives to protect the integrity of live service titles.
• Establish and standardize operational processes, tools, and best practices for game security.
• Partner with product management and leadership to define technology and process advancements.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of key risk and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Leeds, England.
• 5+ years of experience in game security, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or related security functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, particularly in dispersed locations.
• Experience supporting ongoing operations of a live service or large-scale AAA multiplayer game.
• Strong ability to translate strategic business goals into actionable operational objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern client security features such as DRM and anti-cheat.
• Knowledge of credential stuffing and bot mitigation.
• Knowledge of machine learning or business rule approaches for cheat, fraud, or bot detection.
• Experience with rigorous documentation requirements for investigations and regulatory compliance.
