What you will do

• Produce high-quality 3D character models and textures for real-time game engines.
• Collaborate with Concept Art and other departments to ensure assets meet project requirements.
• Execute tasks efficiently according to project schedules while surpassing quality expectations.
• Guide and mentor junior artists to align their work with overall project goals.
• Perform initial art and technical quality checks using project checklists.
• Iterate on assets based on feedback from Producers, Art Directors, and Clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in creating realistic 3D character models and textures for AAA projects.
• Expertise in Zbrush and 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
• Strong skills in Substance Painter and Photoshop for material and texture creation.
• Deep understanding of human anatomy and experience with Marvelous Designer and Wrap3D.
• Experience working with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Good command of English
