What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to monitor key operational and system health metrics.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to provide actionable insights for product and engineering stakeholders.
• Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes.
• Build data pipelines to support automation, validation, and reporting.
• Develop analytical tools, including real-time alerts and statistical models, to optimize the onboarding platform.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership regarding performance and new opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in user onboarding, consumer product, or digital media industries.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Proven experience with A/B testing, statistical modeling, or forecasting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve complex analytical problems.
