What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for key B2B partners, managing escalations and resolving complex issues.
• Monitor CRM cases to ensure timely resolution and prevent bottlenecks.
• Provide regular updates to clients and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Analyze service metrics and generate reports using Tableau and SQL.
• Represent client needs in internal meetings with operations, support, and tech teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data dashboards.
• Experience in account or service management, preferably in B2B.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Must be based in one of the listed supported countries.
