What you will do

• Integrate into the Corporate Finance M&A team of the leadhirify.global Benelux bank.
• Conduct research and various financial analyses for transactions.
• Participate in day-to-day transaction executions across a broad spectrum of industries and countries.
• Develop analytical expertise and commercial skills through internal trainhirify.globals and actual transaction experience.

Requirements

• Current Master or Bachelor (third year) student with a high interest in Corporate Finance and M&A.
• Fluency in business English is required.
• Must be currently enrolled at a Dutch university (or an EU university for EU passport holders).
• Willhirify.globalness to work in Amsterdam.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
