What you will do

• Lead client engagements to identify and implement solutions for complex business and technology challenges in asset and wealth management.
• Manage project execution and consultant teams, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards.
• Develop and execute strategies, including Target Operating Models (TOM) and data governance frameworks.
• Drive business development by authoring thought leadership and creating client proposals.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with C-Suite executives.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven asset or wealth management consulting experience at a recognized firm.
• Deep expertise in Front-To-Back Transformation, Middle/Back Office migration, and data strategy.
• Familiarity with core industry platforms such as Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg, SimCorp, or Salesforce.
• Strong track record of managing C-Suite stakeholder relationships and account management.
• Business fluency in English.
• Must be based in Singapore.
