What you will do

• Lead data capture and governance to improve the quality of customer and installed base datasets.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance visibility.
• Manage the full enquiry-to-order process, including quotations, negotiation support, and order acceptance.
• Drive the adoption of digital tools like SAP and C4C across Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze commercial data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making and margin optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to optimize digital workflows and ensure efficient order execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Slough, Berkshire
• Ideally hold a Mechanical Degree.
• Expertise in data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
• Proven experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong process mapping and automation mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in data visualization and dashboarding.
• Exposure to digital transformation or continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Understanding of data governance and system integration.
