Salary: $125,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end evidence layer, turning product and customer signals into repeatable, defensible knowledge about client outcomes.
• Define experimental methods, statistical standards, and analytical practices for the venture.
• Build foundational instrumentation, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics infrastructure from scratch.
• Correlate product signals with actual client results to identify genuine drivers of value.
• Design and run cohort and funnel experiments to rapidly validate or invalidate hypotheses.
• Partner with Product, GTM, and Behavioral Science leaders as a peer decision-maker to shape the roadmap and market thesis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Substantial senior-level experience as a data scientist in product environments.
• Proven track record of building product analytics, instrumentation, and pipelines from scratch.
• Deep expertise in product experimentation with the statistical rigor to differentiate signal from noise.
• Graduate degree (or equivalent applied experience) in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, or Quantitative Psychology.
• Ability to operate as the sole subject matter expert in an ambiguous, startup-like environment.
