FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Support business plan formulation, including BP planning activities, coordination across studio and corporate stakeholders, and preparation of business plan materials.
• Drive the mid-term plan (MTP) process design and execution, including analysis of European studio P&Ls and producing updated P&L outputs with key gaps.
• Manage fixed costs by supporting departmental budgets, tracking budget utilisation, and improving SG&A budget control frameworks and governance.
• Monitor West Studio development costs by reviewing monthly development costs, headcount plans, and title-level cash spend; identify variances and risks (e.g., overruns) and explain cost movements.
• Improve processes by identifying opportunities to enhance budget control formats and systems and supporting automation of reporting and forecasting workflows (e.g., Power BI).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or fully qualified accountant (ideally CIMA or ACA).
• 3–5 years of strong FP&A experience in a corporate or studio environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI), and PowerPoint for financial presentations.
• Strong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice to have, if you have

• Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, VENA).
• Experience supporting system improvements, automation, or reporting transformation initiatives.
