Senior System Security Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end security analysis across NXP solutions, including product-spanning features, interactions, and interfaces.
• Translate regulatory and security certification requirements into robust, future-proof architectures.
• Evaluate cost-benefit trade-offs for security mechanisms and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders.
• Analyze how NXP technologies combine to create secure and seamless industrial solutions.
• Assess the security risks and opportunities associated with disruptive trends, including AI and ML.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Solid experience designing or developing secure systems, preferably embedded systems or complete solutions.
• Strong understanding of embedded software design principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex architectural concepts to stakeholders with different technical backgrounds.
• Reliable and conscientious working style for security-related tasks and certification activities.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for robotics, e-mobility, home and building automation, or healthcare.
