What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable software systems and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET.
• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.
• Integrate internal systems with global gaming and casino providers.
• Participate in architectural decisions, scoping, implementation, and code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges.
• Mentor team members to elevate engineering quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Albania (Hybrid).
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on backend development using C# and .NET.
• Strong frontend experience with React and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL), including schema design and stored procedures.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Angular.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NoSQL technologies like MongoDB.
• Experience using Redis for caching and working with microservices.
• Previous experience in gaming, fintech, or other high-scale technology environments.
