What you will do

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, and other peripherals.
• Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, network connectivity, and general IT issues.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing, configuring, and collecting IT equipment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in an IT Support, IT Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and user account management.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve technical issues efficiently.
