What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee IT requests and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain corporate laptops and peripherals for onboarding and existing staff.
• Manage user lifecycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
• Configure and troubleshoot corporate VPN solutions for secure connectivity.
• Administer cloud productivity suites and identity management platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a System Administrator or IT Support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta or similar IAM platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Kandji for Apple device management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration.
• Solid understanding of network basics and VPN configuration.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows operating systems.

Nice to have

• Experience managing office network hardware like Ubiquiti or Cisco.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems.
