Wiztech Limited is a fast-growing digital entertainment company at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry, founded in 2021.

About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Cyprus. This is a full-time, on-site position (Limassol, Cyprus)

Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
-Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
-Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
-Troubleshoot network connectivity and IT-related issues.
-Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
-Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by preparing and collecting IT equipment.

Requirements:
-2-3 years of experience in a similar IT Support / IT Specialist role.
-Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
-Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and user account administration.
-Good communication skills and the ability to provide end-user support.
-Must be based in Cyprus and able to work on-site.
