What you will do

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realisation.
• Develop tailored change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge assets and methodologies.

Requirements

• Dutch and English fluency is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
• 1–5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in management consulting or an in-house transformation role.
• Proven track record in delivering change management in complex environments, specifically within financial services (banking, insurance, payments).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter) and project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).

Nice to have

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, APMG).
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
