Product Designer (iGaming)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work is available after the first three months of employment.

What you will do

• Design high-fidelity prototypes and new features for the CRM and player engagement platform.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for a complex back-office product.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to align solutions with user, business, and technical requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming, design critiques, and user research activities.
• Advocate for user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Conduct regular user testing and integrate feedback into product designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Experience contributing to and working with design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of frontend frameworks such as React and effective collaboration with developers.
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful product designs and prototypes, ideally for data-rich or back-office applications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a customer-centric approach.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Experience designing for iGaming, fintech, or similarly data-intensive B2B products.
• Versatility in visual and interaction design.
