Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications for vessel routing, including background processes and web-based tools.
• Build and maintain robust Web API services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain clear documentation for system architecture.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lithuania.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development using C#/.NET and ASP.NET.
• Strong proficiency with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture or CQRS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring tools.
