What you will do

• Design and build agents that handle conversations, decisions, and workflows using modern LLMs and frameworks.
• Architect reusable backend services and APIs to allow agent products to share infrastructure.
• Own the full development lifecycle from early design through testing, launching, and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate with all company teams to integrate AI agents into various products and business processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Proficiency with Git and established engineering habits, including automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex agent workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience building agents with tool use, memory, or multi-step reasoning.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with retrieval systems, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
