What you will do

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical discovery sessions with global client stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales bids by producing solution designs, effort estimates, and technical proposals.
• Guide and mentor mid and senior engineers to ensure architectural standards are met.
• Drive the adoption of AI-first design patterns including Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to balance business fit, technical feasibility, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications.
• 2–3 years of experience in an architecture or technical lead role.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Solid understanding of Azure Integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Hands-on experience with ALM, environment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous client needs into credible technical proposals.

• Advanced knowledge of Azure Integration services.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, transport, or energy sectors.
