What you will do

• Write and edit persuasive tender responses (RFIs, RFPs, ITTs) and presentation materials tailored to each city’s priorities and evaluation criteria.
• Design the content structure for each tender, adapting the narrative for different markets and languages.
• Collaborate with local teams, partners and subject-matter experts to produce fit-for-purpose drafts, including adapting content for non-English markets.
• Apply Voi’s tone of voice and writing standards across every submission.
• Review, proofread and refine expert contributions from Markets, Policy, Finance, R&D, Legal and Commercial, translating technical input into compelling language.
• Finalize and quality-check all documentation for each tender stage and maintain a reusable tender content library.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in bid/tender writing, proposal development or content production (ideally in public sector or B2G context).
• Excellent written English and German.
• Experience with public procurement processes, evaluation criteria and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with tender content libraries or knowledge management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished work across multiple live submissions.
