What you will do

• Operate various types of process equipment to produce high-quality cable products.
• Run machines and processes to achieve the highest possible output.
• Perform support activities including set-up preparation, in-process quality testing, and measurement.
• Handle data entry, recording, and material supply for the production line.
• Maintain a culture of Zero Harm through strict adherence to safety protocols and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Wrexham, UK.
• Minimum education of GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
• Previous experience working in a factory environment (ideal).
• Basic keyboard skills and IT aptitude for maintaining work records.
• Ability to work a staggered 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (including nights).
• Strong safety ethic and commitment to continual improvement in productivity.
