What you will do

• Manage AI expert networks, including hiring, contracts, and payments.
• Oversee operational steps for AI projects from task assignment to quality assurance and final delivery.
• Act as the primary communication hub between engineering, founders, and solution engineering.
• Support technical customers and key accounts with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Shape and optimize internal processes and introduce useful automations.
• Support product management for the operations platform in collaboration with engineering and founders.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of work experience in consulting, engineering, data science, operations management, or finance.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Bexio.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Zurich office several days per week.
