What you will do

• Manage strategic accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Execute account plans to identify and capture growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align solutions with client objectives.
• Monitor account performance using KPIs and detailed reporting.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial activities.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Business-level English proficiency required.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and support business growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
