What you will do

• Conduct thorough investigations by reviewing medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Evaluate injury severity and liability based on policy coverage and legal precedents.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Analyze medical bills and reports to determine appropriate compensation.
• Maintain accurate, detailed claim files in compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all demand evaluations are reviewed and submitted within 7 calendar days.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MO, MS, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OK, OH, PA, TN, TX, WI, or CT.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable insurance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling frontline claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
