What you will do

• Own end-to-end analytics projects with minimal supervision, from problem definition to sustainable solution implementation.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to summarize performance and provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to drive predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, tech, and finance teams to align on processes and drive product efficiency.
• Translate complex business requirements into long-term, sustainable data solutions applicable across business units.

Requirements

• 3+ years of overall work experience in the tech, consulting, or analytics industry.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a business, data, or statistical analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Proven track record of implementing at least 3 end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Strong project management abilities to drive multi-month integrations and set clear milestones.
