What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable, low-latency server-side game services and APIs in Modern Java (Java 17/21+).
• Translate mathematical specifications and formulas into highly performant backend services in collaboration with domain experts.
• Standardize core calculation logic and business rules into reusable backend components.
• Optimize and test services to ensure reliable, high-quality performance under high concurrency.
• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and support team growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development with expert-level Modern Java (Java 17/21+).
• Proven experience designing, building, and optimizing distributed, high-throughput backend services.
• Upper-Intermediate English (or better) for daily collaboration across international hubs.
• Experience with unit testing and performance-focused backend development.

Nice to have

• Background in probability, statistics, or mathematical modeling.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for data verification, automation, or validation pipelines.
• Production experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL for partitioning and high-concurrency persistence.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or LLM-integrated agents).
