What you will do

• Lead backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and related enterprise frameworks.
• Design and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs for high-volume platforms.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Manage resilient integrations with internal and third-party systems, ensuring idempotency and monitoring.
• Drive API governance, service contracts, and integration standards across the platform.
• Lead production incident investigations and provide technical mentorship through code reviews and design sessions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with deep backend expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Dropwizard).
• Proven track record in designing distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
