What you will do

• Provide front-line support to clients via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Answer queries regarding products, platforms, and financial market operations.
• Resolve trade disputes and conduct client administration tasks.
• Provide technical support for front-end platforms and chart packages.
• Engage clients in conversations about financial markets and company innovations.
• Perform execution-only phone dealing services after training.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Genuine interest in financial markets and aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Melbourne.
