Customer Experience Associate - Trading and Investment (Fintech)

Location: Melbourne, Australia; hybrid working with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Provide frontline support to clients by phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Answer questions about trading products and platforms for a global client base.
• Provide an execution-only phone dealing service after completing relevant training.
• Resolve trade disputes and provide technical support for front-end platforms and chart packages.
• Discuss financial markets and product innovations with clients while supporting reactivation, retention, and premium service activities.
• Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence with basic mathematics, particularly mental arithmetic.
• Literacy in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Background or knowledge in finance.
• Previous sales experience.
