What you will do

• Initiate and reconcile fiat and crypto payments using Pennylane, Cryptio, and internal tools.
• Track, collect, and organize vendor and team invoices to maintain complete, audit-ready records.
• Update monthly pre-accounting in Pennylane and Cryptio to ensure books reflect reality and close on schedule.
• Coordinate with external accountants for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and deliver clean financial statements.
• Refresh P&L and cash burn reports and produce simple forecasts for leaders and budget owners.
• Monitor and rebalance cash and token positions across wallets/accounts within operational needs and risk guardrails.

Requirements

• 3+ years in finance operations, treasury, or pre-accounting in a fast-growing environment.
• Hands-on experience with external accountants and monthly close routines.
• Proficiency with finance tools such as Pennylane, Cryptio, Notion, and Excel.
• Meticulous, precise approach to record keeping, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.
• Familiarity with crypto fundamentals; direct crypto/blockchain experience is a plus.
