What you will do

• Own projects fully from the initial concept phase through to post-launch.
• Develop and optimize mathematical models for slot machines in collaboration with designers and mathematicians.
• Write simulations using a proprietary C++ engine to verify and playtest games.
• Balance core game loops and the economy to deliver unique and exciting player experiences.
• Generate game-specific documentation detailing the UI/UX flow of projects.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement and verify game components in fast-paced cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of mathematical and statistical modeling, combinatorics, and probability theory.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and object-oriented programming (C++ preferred).
• 5+ years of combined experience in game design and math for slots (land-based or social), with at least 3 years in math-focused roles.
• Proficient English language skills (written and oral).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Claude or other AI tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Experience working with multiple studios across different time zones.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
