What you will do

• Architect a multi-tenant durable agent runtime featuring fault-tolerant execution, incremental state persistence, and automated recovery.
• Design high-throughput memory infrastructures to support working, episodic, semantic, and procedural memory tiers for agents.
• Implement strict multi-tenant resource isolation using zero-trust execution validation and Row-Level Security.
• Drive the adoption of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable dynamic tool discovery and Agent-to-Agent collaboration.
• Establish platform telemetry for FinOps to optimize compute cost-per-token and enforce tenant rate limits.

Requirements

• Staff-level systems thinking with the ability to identify architectural bottlenecks and mentor engineering teams.
• Extensive backend experience in Go, Java, or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed state, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and non-deterministic execution in cloud environments.
• Expertise in system reliability, specifically externalizing state and deterministic recovery.
• Knowledge of API design, capability negotiation, and secure sandboxing for tool execution.
