What you will do

• Own social presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop channel-specific strategies and maintain a content calendar and engagement framework.
• Build systems to atomize long-form content into multiple platform-native formats.
• Launch and manage an employee advocacy program, including training and incentive structures.
• Execute social brand building for executives in partnership with marketing leadership.
• Monitor brand mentions and build a social listening system to identify participation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B or B2B/B2C hybrid environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to build social systems and programs beyond basic content management.
• Strong writing skills for producing platform-native content across various tones.
• Data-informed approach to optimization and growth.

Nice to have

• Experience running employee advocacy programs or supporting executive thought leadership.
• Background in multimedia content production or repurposing.
• Familiarity with Descript or similar creative and video tools.
