Intern Fund Middle Officer (Finance)

Location: Luxembourg (Siège Lux House). Must be able to provide a valid internship agreement (school convention).

What you will do

• Support the implementation of a new Portfolio Management System.
• Execute daily fund management tasks, including custodian reconciliation, cash management, and trade settlements.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies originating from depositary banks, investment managers, and internal systems.
• Monitor and rebalance cash positions for fund ranges using Aladdin.
• Maintain and enrich the data quality of traded instruments.
• Perform and optimize monitoring and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, finance, or an equivalent field.
• Practical experience in automation projects, with a strong emphasis on Excel VBA.
• Knowledge of fund mechanisms, UCITS rules, and financial markets/products.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong analytical capabilities, rigor, and ability to work autonomously.
